The Shred.

Watch out Jill, I'm coming after you!

...And then I will be posting pics of me wearing outfits similar to the one above. There's nothing wrong with showing a little midriff at the park, complete with a Moby Wrap and some fruit snacks! I daresay it will be the new thing to wear to mommy-and-me!

  1. I started the 30 day shred yesterday and thought oh I'll be fine, I do the treadclimber 5 days a week.. nope. I could barely walk this morning!

  4. I have a love hate relationship with jillian michaels. I do really like her videos - I do a few of them. the 30 day shred, boost your metabolism and 6 pack one. BUT she really annoys me - I often mute her videos. : )

  6. Good luck! I've started the 30 day shred several times and never actually did it the whole way through like you're supposed it. It's a great workout but I'm just too lazy I guess. The first couple days for me were also very, very painful.....GOOD LUCK! ♥
